Daily operations, shift flow, standards, checklists, inventory, scheduling, and everything in between
The numbers: Labor, COGS, and Google Rating
The customer experience, every guest feels the warmth, the quality, and the care
Seasonal menu development, health and safety compliance, and vendor management
A monthly report to the COO covering financials, operations, team, and what's next

3+ years leading a team in hospitality, food service, or a fast-paced environment
Financially fluent, labor %, COGS, and P&L are tools you actually use
A people developer, you coach, challenge, and bring out the best in those around you
Servsafe certified or ready to be before July 15
Someone who finds meaning in the details, energy in a well-run shift, and pride in the community this place creates
